Just a quick post, about to rush out soon! A somewhat busy day, but nearly everything done that I meant to. I ran out of gift wrapping paper, though. Need to try to remember to buy it when I come back this evening.

Thank you! It is relieving! And glad you found time to write a bit despite being busy. I understand Christmas things can make it quite busy for many people. I'm remarkably lazy about them myself, but getting enough time when I'm able to concentrate alone can be a bit hard when visiting family.

If you need anyone to practice Swedish with, you can try me. I theoretically speak it quite well. ;-) Though I mix it up with German from time to time, since the languages are relatively similar and I've used German more in the recent years; but you'll at least be able to tell which one it is. *g*

(Another very belated reply...) Thank you so much for the offer, I'd happy to take you up on it a bit later on! <3 I'm already listening regularly to a daily radio broadcast online in simple Swedish, which was recommended to get subconscious listening comprehension, which is also nice to stay motivated ( ... )

I didn't manage to check in last night due to LJ being down, but I finished the beta I was working on. As for tonight, I finished the draft of my Christmas fic! \o/

I finished editing a chapter of my WIP and posted it, yay! And then I managed around 1.5k to finish the first draft of the first Yuletide treat. Now lets see whether I'll have enough time for editing this + writing another before reveals... :D

Woo, sounds great, congrats! Good luck with the treats as well. I've finally started writing one, and I'd so like to do at least that and maybe another, but time is running out...

Ack, good luck! Hope it gets done as soon as possible! I know the feeling, was there very recently.
