Geeking out.

Was away for a couple of days, and yesterday was mainly spent geeking out and drinking copious amounts of tea. I recently got a bunch of science and steampunk things out of the library, and have been happily reading Mark Thompson's Down to Eart Guide to the Cosmos. Once the nights get a little bit darker here, I mean to start being a lot more

Friending people just on your own initiative is definitely a good idea. There are a ton of friending memes (but mostly the same people in them every time, there are just not that many people left). But I'll point you in the direction of one, if I see one.

(There was a Supernatural friending meme on my flist just now, but that's not your thing, is it?)

It's a lot of fun, I recommend it!

The trick is partly finding the people, especially ones who are still active and likely to care about at least some of the things I'm likely to post about. But thanks, it'll be nice if you can let me know if you see a friending meme.

And no, I haven't watched Supernatural (tons of shows I haven't watched), so that won't really help me. :-)
