 If you've read The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Perkins (or if you haven't and you just have advice, opinions, criticisms) I'm looking for feedback on a short story.

The assignment is to rewrite the story told from her husband's perspective.

Wow, Dawn. This is really lovely. I read The Yellow Wallpaper years ago, and this is really well-written and I think accurately portrays what it must be like to watch the person you love slowly lose her shit.

You might want to bring in the before a little more, and what shifted this woman who you loved. The book is about postpartum depression before it was acknowledged that there was such a thing, and I would maybe include that in some way. Talk a little more about the child that this man has been basically left to raise alone (even though there are people around to help).
