Redial Recap and Silly post

Well, I posted my recap to "Full Alert". I know a lot of people think the episode is boring/silly, but I've always liked it. Actually it was episode that aired right when I discovered SG-1 fandom, so it's got a sentimental connection for me as well

You did fine with your recap--I always read them, almost always enjoy them, but don't always have anything that I consider to be of interest, to comment on.

As was the case with this one. Definitely not a favorite episode, though I liked many moments in it. Sadly, by s. 8, there's not nearly as much for me to love as in earlier seasons, but I do still love SG1 (the "real" ones).

I actually found SG1 during s. 8, too, but I was also watching the nightly reruns they had of SG1, which got quite confusing at times! Within a few months I'd seen them all and understood the show better, and had definitely fallen in love with it--5 plus years later, I still love it!

Hee, re being confused. I had been watching SG-1 since late season 1 early season 2, but on syndication. Only got cable when Season 6 aired (and Season 5 was in syndi). It took me half the season to figure out that Shanks had left the show and that's why he wasn't in half the episodes! (I still never caught meridian until long after I was in fandom).
