Ah, Gary Numan. Fabulous, Aurora! I was at the nj state fair a few days ago and it was SO fun. I met the famous old Poohbah. Fire Eating dwarf. I got video of him. I agree with you. If they develope Coney a magical landmark will be gone forever. But as long as we can keep that little corner alive we can still touch on the past. I'll definitely be going to the parade next year (despite my loathing of crowds....lol) Do you have a myspace? Have a most magical weekend~ hugs~ tink xo

Wow, I can't believe he's still going strong!! He truly gives a new meaning to the term "Never too old" huh? ;) that's wonderful. The fair always looked like fun, but I've never been.
Ahh Coney, sadly I'd just discovered it 2 years ago. That's why I think it's so important that they don't change it, because there's so many people out there like me who've just discovered it, or have never even been there at all yet. To take that away, is a true shame. But, yes, you're right, at least the corner will remain, ;) so that's good.
