Your icons are lovely! I particularly enjoy #6, with its falling snow. I never get tired of snow icons. The color of the eye in #7 is so striking! It's gorgeous. And #12 is so cute. We need more Ran and Sonoko friendship fanworks.

Also, #9 really intrigues me. I love the coloring you used on it! Do you know from what episode or opening/ending the picture hails?

#9 is from Summer Time Gone, opener 29. If you're interested in caps, my sister posted them here. If you're interested in bases, she has some here. Those are just for op 29. She did a bunch of other caps for Conan here and here. ^^
