I'm sick today-- donno what it is, maybe a cold or something -- so I went hunting up "Axel's Hips Don't Lie" to amuse myself. For some reason that thing entertains me even though I've never played the game.

Mind, I also haven't played the game. But still. Too amusing.
Kingdom Hearts seems to have a plague of parody videos. I am not surprised by this fact, somehow.
I came across this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOpP8QZmMAQ while searching for KH2 Auron videos (as the Matt McKenzie fan website seems to have shut down) and it really shouldn't make me laugh. But it does. I've watched a handful of videos by this director --it seems dubbed all the cut-scenes from KH2 and I'm afraid each one elicited a snorty giggle (apparently from my inner 13 year old boy).

And yes, the Axel vid is so wonderful. One doesn't have to know the game to enjoy it!

Did I mention the inner juvenile 13 year old? Hee. The irony being, of course, that at thirteen I would have hated jokes like that --I'm afraid my humor has been tempered (ruined?) by my jaded po-mo existence since then. Erm!
I just imagine a geeky teenage girl behind her computer microphone dubbing all of it and it makes me smile.
