I like how we both chose water as the element that Lulu was having a hard time learning how to cast. Your way of dealing with it is much more amusing -- and hotter -- than mine.

Also, I like how you make Fran a mentor figure, which really suits her. Nice for Lulu to have a mentor, since she so often acts in that role herself.

Hmmm.

I may have had your fic buried in my unconscious when I wrote this, actually; your idea that Lulu would have more trouble with water makes sense.

I think I had that idea once before too, thinking that with all the water flans, there was not as much reason for her to perfect that spell until she left home!

Anyway, yeah!

Fran is a mentor figure to Penny. If I understood FFXII better, I might write some of that in non-sexual terms.

A crossover with adult!Lulu working in collaboration with Fran would also be interesting, but I can't think of a non-crack justification (other than the "fell into the Farplane" trick) to get them to coincide.

Also, that icon fits beautifully. Love that icon.
