I have never been more disappointed to be an American in my entire life... nto even after 9-11; not even after Nov 2002...
I am sincerely sorry to everyone out there who will suffer at the hands of American zealots in the next 4 years... sorry that reason and logic does not prevail in Amerika. Sorry that morality is merely a buzzword here... sorry to all those that will die because America is full of spineless idiots.
I gave 9 of my years to this damn country. I feel taht the next 4 are beyond my ability to handle. You win, neo-cons... you win, with your marketing juggernaut, your vacuous logic... you are right and I am simply on the fringe... beyond understanding what makes Amerika tick...
If I could leave now to a place that understands logic/compassion/reason, I would; unfortunately, I feel as if the next few years will only see suffering, injustice, pain...
Dramatic? Maybe, but it is the space I am in.. it is raw, real ,and now. This sucks.
Provisional ballots? 1-2%? You know as well as I do that is doesn't matter. All three branches of the gov't will be in the neo-con's hands by 2007. Over and out. See you on the other side.
