I generally take the easy way out. I have other people do things for me because I'm too afraid to. I avoid conflict. Some times I don't even stand up for myself because my own fears grip me too tightly. Do I have the power to change this

After I have the regular habits of fitness and flexibility, I want to add some regular habits of art and music making. I have *so many* projects I want to work on, that it's hard to make a start on any of them. I have two friends who would like to hear me play violin again, so I suspect that might be the next-in-line to pick up and work on.
