So, what did YOU wear? Pictorial evidence is required, you know.

I didn't have the time or inspiration to do anything clever this year. I just wore the kilt and various geeky t-shirts. The closest I got to being in costume was when I let kittenpants put eyeliner on me.

I think I have a picture of that from her camera. I'll post it if I find it.

These pictures may not be bad, but there are 350+ I didn't post.

That character is from a movie called The Professional. He's a "cleaner," meaning an assassin, and that's the real reason my camera died when he got too close. Don't trust anyone who tells you I broke it because I'm a clumsy drunk.

The Sesame Street Martian cracked me up. That's one I never would've expected.

Yeah, the puppeteering was dead on. That costume got more attention than most of the movie characters.

There were two different Bumblebees running around. The one in my photo seemed to be mostly plastic, and had working headlights and colored LEDs. I only saw this costumer posing in the Hyatt.

There was also a much simpler version, made of foamboard and without the full-face mask, carrying a cute little Allspark. She was a lot more mobile and I saw her in lots of places around con.
