Easter reminds me of St. Petersburg, Russia when I was staying with Tanya and her sister left the house late at night to go to church and "greet" Easter. Masha brought be back a small Russian-Orthodox icon as a gift.
wow, that's pretty cool that you have been to russia! i love it when i find out people have been to different places. it can be anywhere in the world, even anywhere in the u.s. i just love to travel and see and experience new sights and sounds and such, so when i find out someone has been to someplace new like russia, it makes me excited for them that they got to experience that.
