Jade chicken last night (to go with Soy Bean friend rice that I made in a regular skillet). and tonight we made a mixed noodle/meat dish (that was delicious!) and steamed tofu.
if we plan it right, i can make you and jason some yummy dinner! (unless you'd prefer to eat out)

oh, it's so easy! One of my Christmas presents from John was Martin Yan's cookbook, "Quick & Easy" Asian food. Then we went to Uwajimaya (down in Beaverton, Oregon!) and bought me a wok (very nice, I'd suggest buying one from there) and the recipe book and the booklet that came with the wok taught us how to use it and we just followed the recipe! It was yummy! oh yeah, I don't even touch ramen (even though I have a dozen packages on my shelf!)
Classes are good. The way my schedule is set up it's like one a day, which is incredibly nice! So the trick is just staying on top of things. What about you? How did your Korean test go?
