This was hilarious! Loved the Harry Potter reference, essence of Nargle! And Crowley reminded me a lot of Spike (from Buffy tVS) when he's chained up in Giles' bathtub.
I loved the walkthrough medical TV shows of the past, Scrubs and Doogie Howser, MASH, and Dr. Quinn, of course Dean loves all those shows, they're great. I bet Dean would love Dr. Horrible.
