Sorry for my awful updates lately.  I'm just so tired that I can't seem to get a grip.  It's very weird.  I've been really tired for about 6 weeks and last time I was at the doctor he just told me it was because of all my allergy meds.  Well, when I went in yesterday and told him exactly how much I was sleeping he kinda blew a gasket.  Hence the ( Read more... )

You don't want that. Just wait until you feel the first movement. It'll get better. See my comment to your post.

I know. I feel so bad for her.

Poor Princess Faith. Seems like she has been so sick for so long now :(

"Screw dresses and blowdryers" <----This made me laugh my ass off!

I feel the same way girlie, totally.

Your workday sounds like what I hope to get back to soon. I am training someone to take my job as the only person for check in. She just isnt getting it though. But then again, front desk isnt like, "OK, you do these 3 things and thats it". Its like, you do this, this, this and this, then after you do that, you have to do this and this.Once you get that done, go aead and do this, so that after you do that, you can do that other thing. AYE!
Its going to take so long to train her, and she gets so flustered so easily, and shes S L O W. Granted its only her 2nd day, but sheesh, I have 90 patients to check in tomorrow, and it isnt gonna help to have someone in my way the whole day. Its just a bad day to have a newbie there. She should just take the day off and let me groove:P /rant\

p.s. Have a fabariffic day!

Yeah. I'm thinking that it's more than mono.

It's the truth and you know it. It's fun once everything's all done, but the process of getting ready sucks.

I've realized that the people who don't look like they understand what's going on in an office usually don't. The blank stare continues for a while. My last job we couldn't keep receptionists. There was a few that acted like they understood and tried things out. Others, just kept the blank stare. The blank stare ones that were slow and never really caught on didn't make it. Usually on their first days you could tell if they were going to sink or survive.

I'm hoping everything turns out OK for your cousin. I know how nerve racking the wait is.
