Today I saw Milk with Wallace and The Reader with a bottle of red wine.

While Milk was stirring and fabulous, my GOD The Reader was something yet again.

Someone left a copy of the book on plane, and since lost and found is a joke I readered the reader and even being a quick read, the film is even better.

And my fever never spuck up and aches/chills/pain subsided throughout the day.

So I don't have to go to a hospital that I know of, the antibiotics are getting in and have set up camp.

Glad I called the doctor first thing this a.m.; without intervention I would have wound up with bacterial infection in my kidneys and evidently they don't like

Wow.

Having missed so much BSG I came in with a plot deficit. But well done, all!

What we thought was flu is, in fact, kidney infection. I'm on heavy anti-biotics now, but if I'm not better by tonight I'm to go to the ER for IV anti-biotic infusion.

Fun. Not.

But when we're poor, and our 30 pound cat develops this, well. It's a tuff fight all 'round; I have no finances to battle it.

I guess it's the flu I have, it's hideous. So achy and feverish, I'm covered in sweat. Had to bail on a stewardess trip right in the middle. They hate that. Now I'm home in bed, will prolly call doctôre tomorrow for some amantadine or sommat ( Read more... )
