Well, I am in a MUCH better mood, though my muse has seemed to vamoosed to... oh, I dunno.... WYOMING?? Who knows? I don't question, really, because she's bigger than me, ham-fisted, not to mention surly. She gave me a startled look, then squealed, "You know who I am??"
I laughed. "I LOVE Neil Gaimon!"
"OH!!!! You know who I am!!! Not even my FRIENDS know who I am!!!" she said, literally jumping up and down. Then she looked at me tearfully. "Can I come back here and talk to you sometimes??"
I was startled, but I smiled my Mom smile. "Sure, hon!"
"Thank you!" and she dashed away.
You rock. You really do.
Except for the fact I don't know who Neil Gaimon is. I probably should. Enlighten me?

He did a series of graphic novels about the Endless, a group of...well... they're not exactly immortals, but close enough. Dream, Destiny, Death, Delirium, Desire, Despair... and their lives. He's also done another series called, "The Books of Magic," which are really cool.
You know, I look so normal and everydayish, and people are so surprised to find I'm not! *laughs* It can be quite entertaining at times. It's quite comical to watch people who have only known me for the last five years or so trying to imagine me with a mohawk when I was 19. I ought to stop telling them that... one of these days, one of those folks are going to stroke out on the strain!

I had fun reading this entry. You're a totally cool mum! If only my mum was just as cool. >_>
I also love the titles you've given your husband and kids. They're so cute! LOL.
