I can't even find something to write with in our office. Boss Lady keeps nicking the one I hide in my desk, but that's because the cup for implements of writation is always devoid of working anythings other than the occasional Magic Marker. We figure it's either gremlins or visitors, with our money on the latter.

Hey, I even have to sneak throwing away my husbands underwear that has tons of holes in them so pens and pencils aren't to bad.

Oh, yes, the Holy Underwear that is only being held together by a few random molecules of fabric. *nods head wisely* Yes, I've had to do that as well. In fact, I've gotten so good at it that he thinks his underwear never wears out!! They just... mysteriously change color!

That is a good thought! I should just... carry one in my pocket at all times!! For a sharpening emergency!!

Large mason jar. Label it "Pens THO refuses to throw out cuz 'I can make it work.'" If possible, snark it up a bit. A reference to Viagra might be amusing if you can manage it.

Place all non-working pens in that jar. When full, put it in a prominent location.
