*giggles* What a fantastic imagination!

And what a beautiful photograph! I love your photos, Auntie, they always show me something I'd never get to see otherwise (like Washington - I'll most likely never go there). Thank you for sharing the world (or what you've seen of it, at least *winks*) with this Lady.

You're welcome! And she does have quite the imagination! I'm just glad she's so willing to give me glimpses into it from time to time!

Well, DUH! It all seems perfectly obvious to me! Can't believe you needed the ID to point that out to you!

:-)

I have a question, though. Between the left and the middle birdhouses, about level with the higher one, there appears to be something white hanging there, like some sort of large snowflake or a very pointy star. What IS that??

The very pointy star? Well, unimaginative me says it's a left-over Christmas decoration, but the Impertinent One says that it's very obviously a physical manifestation of the charm Professor Sprout uses to ensure the Snidgets don't fly away.

Well, please tell Her Esteemed Impertinence that I feel the perfect fool, now. Clearly, she is correct, and I should have recognized it myself.

As a future agronomist, I approve of biological pet control! :)

Sorry, I meant pest control. I am so absent-minded today!

By the way, I do need "pet control" - I have too many silkworms that hatched unexpetedly at the wrong time of the year, and started dying of the low air humidity, and if it wasn't for oakenking's advice, most of them would be dead now. I call them the Unplanned Babies -my moths need egg-hatching control, LOL!
