I like her a lot; I also like the colors, the tone, the shadow. One thing (since you ask for concrit): I think her hands are disproportionately large, which is a bit startling once one sees it. But it's a lovely picture!

Yeahh the hands. They are rather large. :/ What can I say, not teh greatest fan of hand drawing!
