This journal's been a bit neglected of late, which is sad, but on the bright side I have been doing vaguely constructive stuff.

I went shopping for holidays this weekend and bought a nice dress and few tops and a pair of trousers, that was fun.

Well my Dances with Dragons arrived this morning and it is a big one!!! I can't believe I've been waiting 6-7 YEARS for this one! He'd better not keep us waiting that long for the final 2 volumes....
Now I will be off to read and may be gone some time....

7 YEARS? Seriously? wow. I only got the first three ( well four really, because of the part 2 thing) 'cause I ordered other books with it and I thought buying eight books at once might be a bit much, so I'm pacing myself until Christmas.

But yeah, can't wiat to hole up with them and just read!

George R R martin does a wonderful job with world building, it's fantastic, I certainly will enjoy them! Have fun with Dance with the Dragons!
