Welcome to the love/hate world of homeownership! It's great if you're handy =) We try to be positive about such things so we can say "hey, WE fixed that! All by ourselves!" (see: me ripping out 40-yr-old toilet and installing new one by myself.) =) Best of luck on your adventures!

Isn't home ownership awesome?

My house is 86. I totally sympathize. Everything I touch breaks something else.

On the other hand, my new floors look great...even if it meant a flood. :)
