I was running late this morning (that happens when one stays up till 3AM), so I made a phone call to find out if I was too late to ride in the parade. It turns out they filled the tour wagon with Abe Lincoln and the PineCastle Oldtimers, so there's no reason for me to go. Of course, I had already started getting ready, just in case. So here I

Thank you! Work on this outfit actually went very smoothly and at a nice pace over the last five months, which is better than I usually do (try to squeeze it all into one month). It's just when I leave myself no cushion, stuff is going to bite me in the butt!

Oh, rats, I work Saturday night! I have every other Saturday off this month, so I can't switch, either. :( Thanks for the invite, though! Hello to Kat and Jon.

By the way I ran into Ben Bateman at Pioneer Days today. He's a black powder shooter at our club, I think I mentioned him to you before because I'm always startled when I see his name (and think of your Ben).
