Pretty blue! What kind of fabric?

Thank you! As far as I can tell it is a cotton blend, I'm guessing mostly cotton with some poly because it didn't shrink much and doesn't wrinkle as much as cotton. It has black threads running in with the blue, which I think is what gives it the appearance of sheen. It's also very thin so I lined it with black to keep the richness of the color.
