You would love some of the image comms. sam_daily, rda_daily always have a great set of SG1 picks. stargate_icons is a great place for.. well, icons lol.
havocthecat is still active on lj and produces loads of great fic regularly esp on havocs_cry
Also, are you a re 'shipper (as in Sam & Jack) or a genner or a slasher (might be able to rec some more fic & image comms you'd like). Also, do you follow 'Sanctuary'?
I must admit, I don't use this very much any more; like many folk, RL has escalated to so much that I raraely get time to play online or off :(
If you were hoping for fics, whatever I have is posted at aud_iris. There's not much, I admit. Loads of ideas for SG, but no time to write them down :(
