Serious answer, assuming dead politicians are allowed, Teddy Roosevelt.  I'd just ask him to tell me about his life - that's gonna be interesting enough right there.

Not-so-serious answer, but I still wouldn't argue: JR Bourne.  I don't know that I'd have many coherent questions at that point.
