As bad as ALL THAT is (and it's bad, I don't dispute it) it is still 10,000% better than the NOTHING I got when I went to the web site after seeing the ads for the first time yesterday.
Also, they are plastering posters on the clear glass part of bus shelters where you aren't supposed to put posters and that just pisses me off.
It wasn't a sticker it was posters and tape, and it was on, uh, whatever that street is downtown where the buses run along the TransitWay when going toward the Rideau Centre... Laurier? Slater?
For sure. And if your goal was to have your buzz consist of one person breaking down all the things you did wrong in your campaign, I'd be prepared to call it a success.
I don't get the business rationale for this. Do they think it's going to encourage more businesses to advertize on their stations? Is it directed to listeners or to potential advertizing clients? How does the station benefit from spending money on these ads?
