Reading journal entries is heartbreaking. It's funny how fast things can change between people. I wonder if I will ever recover.

I've been there. It's just going to keep getting you down until you are able to focus on something outside of yourself.

Take little initiatives to do things you don't normally do in order to get new perspectives. Even walking or reading something different is a start.
