btw Aubbi, my neighbors downstairs are looking for a new housemate. It's a pretty apartment and its' 700/mo, which sounds really expensive, but it's actually not too bad for down here (although I did just see a posting on the "performing arts obies" listserve for a room in an apartment for 500/mo a little further south and east - not as nice a neighborhood but cheaper. :p
