One goes to au_bingo and reads the rules and signs up. XD It's multi fandom -- and you don't even sign up for a specific fandom -- then you write stories/make icons/vids/draw fanart/etc based on the prompts you get. I understand it that you can sign up any time up until the January 31st deadline for the first round. :) It sounds fun to me!
