and its so very true, too! Years ago, I would never have imagined I would be at the place I am now with my body and its condition. I would always *hope*, but it takes true self will to break the barriers that supress our psyche; which is truly what holds one back. There is always *fear* when we progress forward....but I'll gladly take it, as it means I am healthy in my choices! :) <3
