DaDa is a festival held by raygunzero every year around early september. basically, it supports dadaism, which is a form of art that basically says that ANYTHING is art. to support this, we're all told to dress up in anything whatsoever to display absurd 'art'. he has people doing things like playing guitar, screaming into mics, and poi dancers.

for example, faetal's husband, last year, stuck dixie cups all over his black turtle neck and she wore a ball gown with her hair up in tin foil.

i unfortunately had to miss it this year, which was the first year i had missed it since i moved up here.

HAHAHAHA (about the Dead Zone). I actually really like that show, but I think that it's mostly just b/c I enjoy seeing Anthony Michael Hall all growed up. :-P

it IS a hoot, no? it's so weird to me to see all these people that i 'grew up with' on television/movies all old now. helps to remind me that i'm no longer a spring chicken, either ;)
