Ok. All done. I don't know if this was what you were going for, but I found it interesting that Sirius and Remus are taking the first steps to putting their world back together while Lucius is busy trying to push his vision for a new world with Moody.

aaaugh i've been waiting for an update since I recced you on the rs_prophet. this has made my day. :D

right now, i'm not sure if i want to read more about remus and sirius (oh poor boys, at least they can console each other without hiding anything. that was a beautiful scene) or malfoy and moody, both sections were equally interesting, though obviously in very different ways ;)

I loved how sirius thought of lily, btw, i always think that's exactly how their relationship was.

Huzzah! There is much doing of jigs, and possible a waltz. That was excellent. Especially Lily, but, you know, the rest of it just as much.

...wow, Malfoy. That's certainly unexpected. And what will they do! When they find out that the guy cousin Narcissa was married off to is in running for Minister of Magic. Also, poor Alastor. :D

Yeah, Lucius is a tricky bastard. He's got all sorts of plans now that he's no longer required to play second fiddle to Lord Voldemort -- and he's not going to let slide an opportunity to get a favour out of Dumbledore.

Moody, I think, is a little out of his depth. He is first and foremost a cop, used to straight talk, whereas Lucius is a politician -- and that's a world in which the way one says something is far more important than what one says. Lucius was actually taking it pretty easy on him.

I still don't understand why they stand to serve a halfblood, though. I mean - once they find it out they'd jump ship, won't they? No matter how powerful Lord Voldemort is, he's still a lot weaker without his followers. PUREBLOOD PRIDE, YO!

...Right. I think I was rather out of my depth as well, there.
