The second chapter certainly hasn't disappointed - I love your Phineas; he's such a Slytherin. I can't wait to see where you take this.
I don't know if spelling is a big issue for you, but just in case, I noted some typos: "supress," "supresses," and "supressed" in the scene with Moody, Dumbledore, and Phineas, and the repetition of "says." in the same scene.
