It's not Sirius' fault that he has no manners.  Oh, he knows which fork to use, and how to address everyone from the Minister of Magic to a visiting Bedu magician from Saudi Arabia - but he has never been taught consideration of others, never been taught to employ simple courtesy.  Those were the two things drilled

*purrrrr* ...poignant. ^^ and i'm wondering.. which would be better? you'd think right off the bat it would be james', but sirius's kind of courtesy is the one that's respected most in the circles his family runs in. mmm.
