Wandered here from crossoverfic. Any chance of you picking this up again? It's fabulous - both Martin and Spike's voices are dead on, it's a great situation, and I'm dying to see what Spike would make of Grocer and vice versa. (He's a little like The Mayor, actually, isn't he?)

Either way, awesome fic.

This is on the backburner, but is by no means dead. I've got it on hold while it decides whether or not it wants to turn into slash.

And yes, Grocer and the Mayor are very similar. I hadn't actually considered that before, but the thought gave me much glee.
