I have no explanation for this, save the following:  Three cross-country flights in four days will do strange things to a person, especially if one is taking Vicodin for a back injury at the same time; also, Spike wanted to meet Martin Blank.

I didn't intend for there to be any more, but neither Spike nor Martin are listening. So there will probably be more.

As for the rest of the gang -- Grocer may make an appearance - in fact, I'd be surprised if he didn't - but as this is 1994, it's unlikely that anyone else from the Buffyverse will show up.

Oh, oh, oh! It may be crack!fic, but it's a dream come true! Actually, that's not quite right -- I would never even have dreamed that anyone would write Martin Blank/Spike fic, and now I realize I've been waiting for it all my life... how can this be?!

Love the setting; characterization is awesome; so well written. Keep it coming!
