Posting begins tomorrow! We are asking that authors and artists only post on the date they've selected and work together to make just one post to the community that links to both the story and the art posted outside of the community

Huh, in the other Big Bangs I've done, they've asked for us to post everything directly to the comm, but you seem to be saying that you don't want us to do that? So I could link to my fic on AO3 or Dreamwidth (which would be convenient in the sense that it could be a single post at either of those places)?
(Sorry if that sounds stupid. *sheepish grin* I'm just checking.)
We had originally planned to go the "post to the community" route, but the turn out was large enough (and several of the fics long enough) that it would have been a huge load for people watching the community. So you're free to post over at AO3 or at Dreamwidth or FF.net or wherever you'd like. ;)
If it's posted at LJ or DW, could the art be inserted in the story at the appropriate scenes, or would you rather have just links at the start of the post?
So I'm f-ing crazy (I admit to it!) and posted at 12... and posted to this journal to make the leap but just noticed it didn't go up. Is this moderated? Did I miss post it somewhere? Am I going to get in trouble?
Just a... heads up, I guess. I might have to post without art. My artist said she'd be ready for the tenth but she hasn't replied to any of my emails asking about it since. I'll add links to the art when I can -- I can't delay posting or anything, I'm so busy with exams/essays/moving house. *sigh*
