So, we are going to a county council meeting tomorrow. I want to make a type of worksheet/guided journal for Flora. I need some input on what I can put on it.

I'm thinking: date of the meeting, a general summary, a space to write what issues were brought up, and a spot for her to write what issue seemed the most important or interesting to her.

Would they make meeting agendas available to attendees? I am sure you could even get meeting minutes from previous meetings, there might be a small fee for photocopying.

I hope it's fun and some little old lady throws a wadded-up ball of paper at some guy and shouts something rude. Hahaha.
