It was time to move forward. Opporation Tell-Xander's-Friends-About-Faith-Without-A-Body-Count (or as Xander liked to think of it: T.X.F.A.F.W.A.B.C.) was meeting with mixed results. Sure, Buffy hadn't killed anyone yet, but it hadn't been a stellar conversation either. So, it was time revise his strategy of bluttering it out and move on to the tried and true approach. Buttering Willow usually worked. Usually.
So, here he was knocking on Willow's door. Xander had hoped to run into her at breakfast, but she hadn't shown up. He had all sorts of wily plans to spend time with his best friend. There were practical things to do like grocery shopping, or getting her opinion about converting the old barn, or maybe just suggesting they go out and rent a cheesy movie and use it as an excuse to throw popcorn at each other.
Xander contemplated his options (and shorter acronyms) while he waited for his favorite witch to answer her door.
