Lovely art! It makes me so happy to see fan artists with a talent for typography. :) And color! This whole post made me want to read the story.

Oh, typography. I have just recently (like, the past year) become anything kind of resembling decent at it, but I am so glad I did. Now allow me the geek out about the typography in this art.

All the text included is from one font family: Akzidenz-Grotesk. I used several variants of it to keep it interesting, but I wanted consistency between pieces. (Also, I just really love the font.)

Oh no, I don't like what you did for the story. I LOVE IT. :D Chances are I gushed about all the pieces already when you sent them, but there can't be enough gushing, right?

And I still can't pick a favorite. The cover, the quote, the painting, the sky, the tent with the Impala and the scene with the girl... It's all just SO perfect. I love your interpretation of the scenes and the story itself as a whole. ♥

It's been a blast working with you, I couldn't have been happier with my artist. THANK YOU.

Holy EFF. I *ADORE* your use of color!! SO BRIGHT, OMG. But with a clean enough design to make it work instead of clashing. Beautiful art all around!

Thanks so much! Yes, I am something of a color addict. (I sometimes get projects that have to be in b+w and I basically wilt. Color + me = OTP.)
