I base my interpretation on this:

"He...feels the presence of another body...there is warmth in the touch."

Vampires aren't warm-they're cold. Therefore the person comforting him has to be a werewolf.

Oh, I like that a lot. Sound logic. xD However, I read the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton and I tend to base most of the supernatural that I write on it, and in her books, vampires are warm just after feeding, so it really could go any way (at least from my perspective, depends on the readers I guess haha). ;) It's always interesting to see what the readers think. \^________^/ ♥

Not sure if I'm gonna take it that far, I still have a lot more fics that need to be rewritten. Needless to say I failed my new years' goal to write everything on my list...it's barely been touched.
