When you're packaging your sims up in Bodyshop, to make a CC free version:

• clone your sim
• go through all the options (eyes, skin, hair, makeup, clothes) and replace any CC options with the closest approximate maxis options (in the case of makeup, most people just remove it all xD)
• click complete
• go package them up! :D
