I know EXACTLY what you mean. I have had similar things happen to me. I have ben treated like dirt while "serving" people just because they are millionaires or because I was a female working in a very male orientated industry at the time. I think customers can be so thoughtless. And it only takes one to make you feel like absolute crap. There are the nice few but over all, in my experience, about 98% of customers are assholes. Just because your in a customer service role doesn't mean you're an idiot and it doesn't mean YOU HAVE to stay in the job. People assume that thats the only job you can get whether you are smart, going to UNI part time, been through heaps of things. etc. I hate customers and yet...here I am about to embark on yet another job as a slave and punching bag to these wankers.
