I have a question in regards to the turndown service.

Do you just want your bed covers pulled back? Or do you also require a story, warm beverage and a goodnight kiss?

I have never received a turndown service that included a story and goodnight kiss. I ...suppose I could try it once?

What I do require is a glass of nonalcoholic champagne on the bedside table, a spritz of Idole on the pillow, and a copy of the next day's schedule.

(And of course the bed covers must be pulled back, what do you think a turndown service is?)

What, no little chocolate on the pillow? No brushing back of your hair while you lie down? No suitable plumping of the pillows? Poor service expectations, methinks.

A goodnight kiss should be at least the minimum requirements. I know I make it mine.

I consume my daily allocation of chocolate during afternoon tea, so no.

As long as the daily duties are completed, my butlers are free to leave. I encourage work-life-balance among my staff.

Why ever would the pillows need plumping? The covers should be changed every day.
