Just saw your post on selfportraits. CONGRATS!! I feel really happy for you cos I think I'd be over the skies and moon and stars if I lost that weight :)
how did you lose that weight? and how long did you take to lose that weight?
I've been gradually losing the weight over the last year. I'd drop 10-15, be happy for awhile, and then drop another 10-15. I haven't been doing much to lose it, just not eating as much (I ate my feelings a lot) and parking a little further from work/school. I'd run 7-21 flights of stairs at work, depending on how frustrated I got. Not much else. :/
anyway i think that you're really really great. wished i could be like you! :(
gaining that 30 pounds has made me change quite a lot, i'm becoming an unhappy girl. but after seeing your post on selfportraits, i've felt so much motivated. i'll quit snacks and eat healthy. :D
