Agreed hot! Well done.

Although I have to say I'm curious that you had Teyla so passive I would have thought she would be more active and energetic meeting John halfway.

Thanks for the kind words. Hmm, you feel she was passive? Even though she was as verbal and "clutching at him" as well?

Having seen Teyla's expressions and reactions when talking about Kanaan, that father of her child, I see a very loving and passionate woman who isn't afraid to drop her warrior role in the name of love.....

I guess that's what I was trying to show. Plus it being their first time together, I just don't see Teyla as the universally experienced matron who would've taken over or even tried to. I think she would've allowed John the lead there, since he finally got over his "shyness" and opened up. Does that make sense? Now in future rendezvous I can definitely see her choose to take over or simply be more assertive with him now that she's broken through. Thanks for the view from your perspective I just didn't see her as being "passive". Appreciate the feedback! - JS

I loved it - thank you! And I totally agree with your characterisation of Teyla in this situation - I think it suits their relationship perfectly.

Thanks Jazzie. *grin* I am, however, still contemplating the passive pov. I love getting feedback just for that reason, to see different opinions and perspectives. Thank you both.. thank you all... for your great critiques and comments. - JS

*chuckles* Thanks, Caiyene. I had to lighten it up with Ronon since he's been a huge supporter of the pairing pretty much since he'd met them. I'm glad you enjoyed it and thanks alot for taking the time to comment. I appreciate it. - JS
