Halling looked at him, confusion on his face. "I am sorry. I do not know what you mean Doctor."

Halling really didn't know what he was talking about. As far as he had concerned that was not what he had said at all.

Rodney walked up to Halling, not caring about the curious looks he got from the other Athosians who helped Halling with the tent.

"Sheppard thought you've kidnapped Radek," Rodney said. "How did he get that idea?"

"I mearly told him that most of what happened had been done by ourselves and that Radek wanted this to happen." Looking at Rodney he continued, "Never once did I say that we had kidnapped him. If that was how the Major chose to interpret my words, I am very sorry."

"Hm," Rodney said. He still wasn't sure what to make of that. "So you didn't say you kidnapped him. But something must have given the Major the impression that you did," Rodney reasoned. He didn't think much of the military, but Sheppard wasn't that stupid to jump to conclusions. And he had enough trouble alread. He didn't want to be involved with kidnapping. "What exactly did you tell him? Maybe it was how you said it?"

Halling was perplexed by this. He tried to think back over what he had said.

"First I told Dr Weir, I am also sorry that we took Radek away from the city of the Ancients without telling you. It was felt that Radek would be better here. Things are moving too slowly and I believe that it has hurt Radeks spirit. It was felt that to leave him behind would hurt him even more." then he continued, "Then I told her the following, While I will admit the execution of this event was mostly done by ourselves, Radek wanted this to happen. If there had been any doubt expressed we would not have gone ahead."
