Day 55, morning; Jumper2, Mainland; Attn: Tim, Belem, Halling, NPCs [F]

Ridley couldn't help smiling as Tormin let out a gasp of delight as the jumper took off over the water toward the Mainland. "Flying is fun, isn't it, ekse?"

Tormin nodded, eyes wide. "We are going so fast!"

"Ai, we are. We'll be there in about ten minutes." He turned to Tim. "Think you can recognise it from the air?"

"I'm sure that I can," Tim answered as he checked his instruments. Satisfied that all was well, he turned to Tormin. "I love flying almost better than anything," he said with a smile, "and these jumpers are the smoothest rides."

Tormin nodded. "I cannot feel us move at all. It is like watching one of your movies on a screen."

"After you drop us off, you'll need to find better landing spaces for the others," Ridley said, "even if it's a bit more of a walk."

Tim thought that finding a better landing sight was a priority seeing as how Beckett would stoke out otherwise. "Tormin that's because we are moving really fast, too fast to feel." He turned his attention to Ridley and said, "That is a huge priority because I'd rather have people complain about walking then stroking out landing."

"The Athosians are used to walking," Ridley said. "And so are the military, from what I've seen."

"I was thinking more about the civilians," Tim replied with an easy smile. "It's been my experience that most of them complain about that sort of thing." He knew that McKay was a big whiner and having to walk would get him all riled up.
