John stepped into the Jumper Bay, having called Captain Hunter with the green light to his trade mission and having talked to Carson about the Jackson situation. "Basically," John answered. "We've got to load them all up with people and supplies, so they need to be pretty accessible."

"Gotcha." He nodded and started to climb up to the platform. "I didn't check the weather today or anything, how's flying looking this morning?" he asked as the hatch on the first jumper opened. At least talking about the weather was safe enough, and talking about the weather related to the task at hand even better.

"Weather geeks are predicting some flurries later in the morning, clearing by afternoon," John answered, heading to the second level and the next jumper he was bringing down. "Shouldn't be a problem."

Elizabeth had left Peter in the control room with a perfectly chaste kiss on the cheek, thinking about the precarious balance between not hiding what they were to each other now, and subjecting the entire expedition to TMI. It wasn't going to be easy, she knew, but today she was feeling equal to the task
